The Anglo-Norse Society invites members of other Nordic Societies to the following talk by David Wheeler (Senior Decorative Arts Conservator, Royal Collection)

Gifts between the Royal Houses of Great Britain and Norway have been given both officially and unofficially since the re-establishment of the Norwegian Royal Family. Anglo-Norse member, Mr David Wheeler, will look at this tradition through some of the Norwegian objects that now form part of the Royal Collection.

Cost: Free to members of other Anglo-Nordic societies. Guests of members: £10 (payable on the day)

Address: St Anne’s Church (Allen Room), 55 Dean Street, London W1D 6AF. The Church entrance is on the corner of Dean Street and Shaftesbury Avenue and is clearly marked by a neon sign.
