Report and Gallery of the first Members’ Table dining event held at L’Escargot in Soho

The 6th February heralded the first Members’ Table dining event held at L’Escargot in Soho. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and then we were served a delicious Danish themed three course lunch.
Our host Brian Clivaz introduced us to the lunch with a description of the origins of the restaurant, pointing out that it was only two years younger than the Anglo Danish society.
Our special guest Marianne Frank then spoke about her life as a painter and how her upbringing and life events had influenced the style of her paintings.
It was a great afternoon with lots of socialising!
Our special thanks must go to Katie Schwark and Palle Pedersen for the arrangements and we look forward to the next event on June 19th.
