Rotherhithe Walk

MEET: Rotherhithe Overground Station at 11am

We are pleased to announce that Grethe Hauge, our usual guide, will be conducting a walk in Rotherhithe.

This is an area full of history.

You will hear about Brunel and the first tunnel under the Thames, go on a riverside walk with historic buildings, including The Mayflower pub. It is an area very much associated with Scandinavia and we shall visit The Norwegian Church.

The walk will take about one and a half hours.

Afterwards, we would suggest some lunch at one of the local eateries – to be confirmed nearer the time.

The price for this walking tour is £13 per person for members and £15 per person for non-members.
